Our story started in 2020, when we built an in-house team in the Philippines to support one e-commerce group in the US. Back then, we weren’t a staffing company. We were simply focused on one organization and the people who powered it. But over time, the systems we built and the talent we developed caught attention. Other brands began reaching out. Agencies asked if we could help. That’s when Numi Global started evolving from an internal team into a true staffing partner.
Then 2025 tested us.
A major client shut down unexpectedly, forcing us to rethink our structure, our direction, and the kind of company we wanted to become. It wasn’t easy, but it pushed us to rebuild with intention.
2025 became our rebuild year.
We streamlined operations, diversified our clients, and clarified what we stand for:

• Support Filipino talent with real care
• Build long-term partnerships, not transactions
